TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event Key Solutions' products or services are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Key Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Key Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

SEVERANCE
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Except as provided herein, these terms and conditions are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding or agreements (written or oral).
